Culture is dynamic

Now a days everything is changing. Not only the people who changes every time but also our culture because no culture is ever in a permanent state and it is constantly changing. These changes affect us and also our community. The changes are occurred due to technologies, migrations, conflicts and disasters.

As an immigrant from another country it is not easy for everyone to adopt another cultures because they have to face different languages and also they have to eat other food stuff which do not like. Sometime a person who migrate to another places may feel a culture shock because they are not used to other cultures.

Culture combines the visible and invisible

The things you do in your daily life are the most visible part of culture,

There are some example of visible culture:

  1. ·     Shaking Hands
  2. ·      Saying please and thank you
  3. ·      Hand Kissing
  4. ·       Bowing
  5. ·       Namaste or Sat Shri Akal

Bowing is very famous in some parts of Asia such as in the Japan, Korea and Taiwan . The Sat Shri Akal or Namaste is well known in India. This gesture shows respect, a greeting like “Hi and Hello’’.

Invisible Culture: There are some examples of invisible cultures

Culture is Shared

A healthy culture is shared culture which is created through shared beliefs, values, memories, plans, languages and outcomes with people who grow up in the same culture.

It must be commonly shared by some people or group of individual. It is simpler for you to identify someone who has shared valued system and methods for doing things than who does not have the same values. The different patterns of culture tie us together despite the fact that it feels great to associate with individuals who think, act, and behave as you.

In Canada’s school children come from different cultures so they bring different types of food

related to their culture and it is best way to their culture with others. Moreover, people can also share their culture by share their clothes with others. For example in picture Mark Elliot Zuckerburg is the co-founder of social networking website Facebook who wear indian traditional dress.

Culture is learned

When the children came into earth they do not know about any culture because it is not passed
through blood or biologically.

.

We can learn our culture and other cultures from our family members, teachers and friends. Every country has different culture for example the role of eye in western culture which shows that person has interest in your conversation where as in Asian, African and Latin America culture eye contact is seen as aggressive and disrespectful.
